We were asked by one of commercial partners to undertake a flow screed pour for a project they were working on. JPG construction were working on an extension project in Cutthorpe, Derbyshire. The client was having underfloor heating installed into their new kitchen/diner and JPG had recommended a liquid screed pour as the finished covering.
How we undertook the job in Derbyshire
JPG had already undertaken the floor preparation fir the job, upon giuving it the once over we were ready for our own pour.
Due to the nature of the project we had recommended a Cemfloor fast drying liquid screed to the customer. Upon acceptance of this recommendation we were ready to go.
The surface area of the room was 34.4 m2, we poured in 2.4m3 of the Cemfloor fast drying screed to a depth of 70mm using our Putzmeister SP11 pump. Upon hitting the 70mm mark we ensured we had achieved a level pour. Then all of our leveling tripods we removed, the screed was then dappled and we were ready for sign off from JPG Construction.
The end results
The end results were very pleasing, due to the quality of the preparation, materials and the pour from our professionals using state-of-the-art equipment, we were able to achieve a fantastic finish that both the customer and contractor were very happy with
